In 2005, he creates the “Catwash” duo with Chris Carrier. The tracks of the two musicians are released on labels such as Detour, Visitor, Crack & Speed, Adult Only or Get Physical and quickly found their way into the record bags of known artists. He also launched Catwash Records, his first record label, intended to promote the duo and other artists.
In 2008, French music magazines discover Catwash, and Trax magazine nickname them as “French house most famous unknown guys”(!). Building on this success and experience as a producer, DJ W!LD will unleash his creative energy and gonna release a lot of tracks. While he had barely signed 9 EP during the first 10 years of his career, he concatenates 37 between 2008 and 2011. He finally decides to send his personal tracks to labels. His tunes, then its remix, are really welcomed by the DJ scene and have been licensed for compilation (Cocoon, Circo Loco, Ministry of Sound, or Renaissance).
By the end of 2009, he becomes Circo Loco resident DJ, and plays in Miami WMC, at Sonar Festival and at DC10 during the whole summer 2010. His DJ sets become matchless due to that they’re mostly composed of a lot of his unreleased tracks, which makes them unique.
Late in the 2010, DJ W!LD’s career takes a new turn: he remains a resident of Circo Loco, and by the same time Sven Vath ask him to be part of the team Cocoon Booking, he frequently plays with Ricardo Villalobos, becomes resident of Cirque Bonheur Parties in Paris, while continuing to mix at the Rex Club and is now one of the headliners of house /techno.
In 2011, DJ W! LD launched a new record label, W, a place for friends and him, on which he releases his debut album “Palace”, reflecting his experience and his musical influences (acid house, techno, disco, soul, etc.). The CD version of the album will be released in the spring. Finally, a new release will arrive in the summer of 2011, fully remixed by several legends of house.
